Minimal Love And Hate At Its Peak

Opinion

It is so terrible that genuine love is not even believable talk less of even being appreciated. Some people may feel there is a motive behind every love we try to give but it all still balls down to the individual.

Welcome to the world where the love is minimal and hate is at its maximum point. A world where there are so many judgemental beings where your fellow humans judge you based on the things they are guilty of. A world where justice does not prevail, a world filled with so much bitterness in some people’s hearts. Living like this would be described as being a free being but still caged and YES, that is the world we live in, we are free but yet imprisoned, more like being “caged in our own freedom”. Hate prevails starting from within ourselves then hate from parents to children, husband to wives, siblings to siblings, employers to employees and vice-versa. This is a world where we have let society, class, religion, nationality, ethnic group, race and skin colour define us and how we relate to one another. A world filled with so much pain and anguish covered with smiles and laughter. A world where we are ashamed to show pain so we are not presumed as weak, we want to wear tough skin when we are really broken and shattered inside. A world where you get judged for showing your weak part and yet the world is presumed as a “free world”.

Welcome to the world where people are scared to motivate and encourage each other. This fear of motivating or encouraging one another may not be clearly defined as some people are scared to motivate others because of the fear of those people being better than them. How can someone have such a wicked fear as if it is not known that everyone is allowed to excel in their own space or what do you really measure as someone being better than you that you habituate such an evil fear? Let us talk about love, we have let differences such as religion, nationality, ethnicity and other differences define how we should love and who to love. We are all one and love should not be given based on differences. The fact that some people are generalized based on the view people have about where they originate from is sad. We can have all these generalizable attributes but it is the individual characteristics that matter.

It is so terrible that genuine love is not even believable talk less of even being appreciated. Some people may feel there is a motive behind every love we try to give but it all still boils down to the individual. Personally, I ask myself these unanswerable questions such as; Why do we not complement each other?, Why do we not show love?, Why do we hide our words beneath our skin? Why do we wait for people to go or die before we show our love and affection?, Why do we crash so many people’s dreams with our words and actions?, Why do we let our bad intentions overshadow our good intentions in the name of being tough?, Why do we let our insecurities define us and how we treat people?. There are so many more unanswerable questions because sometimes we do all of these negative things and we cannot even explain why we do such things and it is really sad.

Evil might be inevitable in the world but we all know about the popular saying that says little drops of water make a mighty ocean so why do we not just drop little love everywhere we go. It is so hard showing love when there are so many stubborn and negative people but those are the people that need love more because they are so broken and they need love to be mended. We may not be able to spread it all over the world but the little we can do, we should so our exemplary lives can give room for others to learn and practice such. Remember to show love everywhere we go and let people know us for that. Little things matter and help so with all the love, we can eliminate hate and make everyone embrace love.
